asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Committee of the London Stock Exchange are now permitted to grant official dealings in any issues that have been made since the coming into existence of the Defence of the Realm Act; and whether the same were made with or without Treasury sanction?

Yes, Sir. It is open to the Stock Exchange Committee to authorise dealings in such issues where they think fit.
