HC Deb 14 November 1918 vol 110 c2896W
Mr. FARRELL

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether any steps will be taken by the Local Government Board for Ireland under the proposed Ministries of Health Bill to see that Irish doctors are placed on the same footing as their British colleagues in regard to pay and pensions; and whether for this purpose it will be proposed to apply the Bill to Ireland?

Mr. SHORTT

It is not proposed to extend the Bill to Ireland at the present time. The subject is under consideration.
