§ Mr. ROWLANDSasked the President of the Board of Education whether he has received a request from the National Union of Uncertificated Teachers for an inquiry into the statements made in Circulars 1024 and 709; and can he grant the inquiry?
Mr. FISHERRepresentations have been made to my predecessors and myself on behalf of uncertificated teachers with reference to these circulars. These representations have been fully considered, and I see no reason for instituting any special inquiry.
