asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will issue instructions for the payment of the 12 per cent. to the employ é's of the Irish Lights Commissioners and the Dublin Port and Docks Board

Mr. WARDLE

The application of certain employ és of the Irish Lights Com- missioners has been referred by the Board of Trade to the Ministry of Labour for arbitration. The Board of Trade have no jurisdiction as regards the employ és of the Dublin Port and Docks Board.
