§ Mr. FORSTERIt is presumed the hon. Member refers to the 3d. a day extra pay for non-commissioned officers under Army Order No. 1 of 1918. A Royal Warrant has now been published authorising the extension of this Grant to the Royal Defence Corps from 29th September, 1917.
