§ Mr. FORSTERI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer which I gave on 9th May to my hon. Friend the Member for Merthyr Tydvil. Blankets are issued free for the use of warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, and men, but remain War Department property.
