HC Deb 15 November 1917 vol 99 cc609-10W
Mr. CROOKS

asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether it is to be understood that the general practice throughout the Civil Service to count for pension under Section 3 of the Superannuation Act, 1887, so much of temporary service as is similar to the established service following is no longer in force; and, if so, under what circumstances that general practice came to be abolished?

Mr. BALDWIN

I am not aware of any change in the practice of the Treasury in administering Section 3 of the Superannuation Act, 1887.
