§ Dr. MACNAMARAMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. Coastal steam vessels of over 100 tons net are included in the weekly return referred to. The only vessels excluded are (1) all fishing craft, (2) ail sailing vessels arriving and sailing coastwise, (3) all vessels engaged in estuarial traffic.
