§ Sir G. CAVEThe investigation which I have caused to be made does not show any reason to doubt that Gootman is of Russian nationality or disclose any ground for depriving him of his liberty. If the hon. Member has any information to give me as to Gootman or his friends, I shall be glad to consider it.
