WINFREYIt is possible that the cases referred to can be dealt with by war agricultural committees under the Cultivation of Lands Order, 1917, so as to-bring to bear the relief given by the Defence of the Realm (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1915; but without precise details of the contracts it is not possible to express a definite opinion on this point.
