§ Mr. MACPHERSONNo difficulties are raised by the home authorities, but I understand that the Dominion authorities, as a rule, require that Dominion cadets-should be posted to their own contingents. Vacancies in officer cadet units are allotted for each course to men of the Dominion contingents.
