§ Mr. JOWETTasked the Pensions Minister if he will state fully the procedure to be adopted by applicants for diablement pensions for soldiers and sailors disabled by wounds or on account of disease; pensions for widows and dependants of soldiers and sailors who have been killed in action or who have died in consequence of wounds or disease; gratuities for widows; and any other class of pension, allowance, or gratuity administered through his Department?
§ Mr. BARNESThe procedure with regard to application for pensions is as follows:
Disabled sailors and soldiers No application necessary, unless an alternative pension as explained below is claimed.
