§ Mr. BONAR LAWI would refer the hon. Member to the Return relating to Imperial Revenue, Collection, and Expenditure (Great Britain and Ireland), for the year ending 31st March, 1916 (H.C. 118 of 1916), and to similar Returns for the previous years, which contain all the figures at present available.
