§ Sir L. CHIOZZA MONEYAll grain is now brought to this country from all destinations at the Blue Book rates, or their near arithmetical equivalent. This equivalent in the case of grain from the River Plate is, as nearly as possible, 52s. 6d. per ton, and my hon. Friend will understand that this figure is true of all the three dates to which he refers.

less 1s. to 1s. 2d. per ton cost of discharge, and 6d. per ton cost of trimming the coal, payable by shippers.
- To Waterford and Cork, 17s. to 17s. 6d.
- To Dublin and Belfast, 14s.
From Lancashire ports the rates are as follows:
