§ Mr. FORSTERI have no information on the subject mentioned by the hon. Member, but it appears to me to be a case where the provisions of paragraph 485 (last sentence) of the King's Regulations are being strictly complied with. I am not aware of the nature of the charge, but, in view of the provisions of Section 45 of the Army Act, I am not prepared to take any action in the matter.
