Mr. SCANLAN

asked the Secretary of State for War whether Private Patrick Kilgallon, of Riverside, Sligo, who enlisted on the 23rd January, 1914, in good health, and who was accepted for the Army, was on the 4th April, 1916, discharged after serving two years and sixty-eight days with the Colours as no longer physically fit for war service; whether any pension has been paid to him; whether he is now totally unfit for work of any kind; whether since his discharge he has received no payment or gratuity of any kind; and whether the Government propose to pay this man the pension to which he is entitled?
