§ Mr. FORSTERYes, Sir. Since the end of July, when the War Office took over control, there has been a large increase in the river transport available in Mesopotamia. The increase is already 64 per cent., and will shortly be 100 per cent. The whole system has been reorganised, and there is ample transport available to take up promptly all the medical stores required.
