§ Dr. MACNAMARAAn Order in Council has now been obtained sanctioning the promotion of exceptionally deserving and qualified warrant engineers and engineroom artificers, Royal Naval Reserve, to 213W the temporary rank of engineer sub-lieutenant, Royal Naval Reserve, and orders on the subject will shortly be promulgated to the fleet.
