Friend to 1915W refer is under investigation on behalf of the Ministry, and it presents certain difficulties which have necessitated consideration. The case has not yet been presented to the Defence of the Realm Losses Commissioners, and they are consequently in no way responsible for the delay. The matter will be expedited as far as possible.
