asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether his attention has been called to the cases of Private B. W. Baker, 1st Grenadier Guards, discharged 10/1/16, Private W. J. White, Army Service Corps, discharged 21/12/15, Private R. Kirton, Army Service Corps, discharged 6/12/15, Private E. Eastland, 19th County of London, discharged 9/1/16, Lance-Corporal J. Ryan, 1st Irish Guards, discharged 5/2/16, Private C. Sullivan, 2nd Yorkshire Regiment, discharged 22/2/16, Private W. Moran, Army Service Corps, discharged 4/2/16, Private J. G. Lacey, 2nd Middlesex, discharged 24/1/16, Private H. French, Middlesex, discharged 15/2/16, Private Charles Clark, 13th Middlesex, discharged 25/2/16, Private J. Stephens, East Surrey, discharged 2/2/16, and Private H. Alford, 9th Middlesex, discharged 22/12/15, who have been obliged to wait a considerable time for their pensions; and will he say what arrangements have been made to provide that in future there is no such delay?
