Bradley, No. 12736, B Company, 4th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers, stating that the latter was reported as missing on 11th November, 1914, and that all inquiries to trace him have failed, so that the amount of insurance money due under a policy in the Salvation Army Assurance Society, Limited, may be paid to his executors?
