Mr. HARCOURTThe note which appears on the cover of the Monthly Accounts Relating to Trade and Navigation of the United Kingdom includes the following statement:—"The accounts of goods imported include all articles of food, but do not include other goods which, at the time of importation, were the property of His Majesty's Government or the Governments of the Allies." I do not think it desirable to specify in greater detail the classes of articles excluded.
