§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the President of the Local Government Board if a military service tribunal, in a case where there is some doubt about the medical evidence of an applicant for exemption, are entitled to submit the case for the consideration of 890W an Army medical board; and, if so, will he inform Judge Greenwell, of the Durham Appeal Tribunal, to that effect?
§ Mr. HAYES FISHERIt is open to a tribunal to suggest that an applicant for exemption should be examined by a medical board, but they have no authority to direct such an examination.
