Mr. CATHCART WASONasked the Postmaster-General if he will cause to be displayed at the various post offices under his control copies of the actual prices of food this year and last as given by the President of the Board of Trade, in order that the fullest publicity may be given to the actual prices?
§ Mr. HOBHOUSEI do not think that it would be possible to adopt this suggestion, which could not be carried out without much inconvenience, in view of the large number of notices which have necessarily to be displayed in post offices.
