§ Mr. THOMAS-STANFORDasked the Under-Secretary for War whether he is aware, that there is considerable discontent among ex-Volunteers serving in Reserve battalions at their being denied 985W the efficiency pay granted to ex-Territorials serving in the same battalions, although the ex-Volunteers have in numerous cases enjoyed a much longer period of service than the ex-Territorials and are admittedly of not inferior efficiency; and whether he will consider the advisability of putting the two classes on an equal footing?
Mr. BAKERI would refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Brighton on the 17th February, a copy of which I will send him.
