§ Mr. BIRRELLMr. W. G. Murphy's estate was offered for sale to the Congested Districts Board in April, 1914. The Board made an offer for it in January last, but no reply has yet been received from the owner. The estate comprises the lands of Ballymacsherran, Carrownaglogh and Garterhill in Belmullet Union, but the lands of Loughran cannot be identified as forming part of the property.
