ROBERTSThe Secretary of State has rendered all the assistance in his power, in communication with the Board of Trade, to Indian users of dyes to enable them to procure from holders and manufacturers of dye-stuffs in this country a fair share of the available supplies, and to obtain licences to export these commodities to India.
