HC Deb 04 February 1915 vol 69 c169W
Mr. HORNER

asked the Postmaster-General whether any increase in pay or allowances has been made to the officers and crews of the City of Dublin Steam Packet Company's royal mail steamers during the past five years; whether, since the outbreak of war any war-risk pay has been given to either crews or officers; and, if so, how much?

Mr. HOBHOUSE

The officers and crews of the City of Dublin Steam Packet Company's mail steamers are the servants of the company, and I have no information as to the remuneration they receive.
