§ Mr. KINGasked the President of the Local Government Board whether his attention has been called to the form of certificate of registry of death issued by the authority of the Registrar General, and especially to the direction at the foot thereof that the certificate, after production at the interment, should be delivered to the burial authority; whether he is aware that there is no statutory authority for this direction in the Burial Laws, Amendment Act, 1880, or other Act; and whether he will instruct the Registrar General to withdraw the present directions on the certificate and issue a form in accordance with the law?
