§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELLymph prepared in the Government lymph establishment is not exported to any of the British possessions for general use, but it is sent from time to time for use by the Army and Navy. Among the places to which it has been sent are Bermuda, Gibraltar, Jamaica, Malta, Cape Town, and Sierra Leone.
