§ Captain WARINGalso asked the Secretary for Scotland whether, in view of the criticism passed on the Scottish Departmental Committee on North Sea Fisheries at the annual meeting of the Scottish Fishery Association, he can see his way to appoint a Committee, similar to that appointed by the Postmaster-General to inquire into the Holt Committee Report, to examine the Report in so far as it relates to loans to fishermen, the method adopted of obtaining evidence, and the financial interests, if any, in loans to drifters of any members of the Committee?
