§ Captain NORTONThe total number of full-time male employés over twenty-one years of age employed in London is, approximately, 34,350. Of these, about 400 will continue to receive payment at the rate of 25s. a week or less after the recommendations of the Holt Committee come into force; in addition, there are about 1,000 who will receive that rate of payment for a time, though rising later to above 25s. a week.
