§ Colonel SEELYIn reply to the first part of the question, it is not considered desirable to give detailed numbers of troops, and their distribution, at any particular date. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative. With regard to the third part, there are no Territorials in Ireland, as the Act has not yet been applied to that country.
