Mr. DORIS

asked the Chief Secretary whether the Congested Districts Board has yet made a final offer to Mr. D. G. Fitzgerald, of Turlough, county Mayo, for the purchase of his estate; and whether it has been accepted?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Congested Districts Board at their last meeting decided to make a revised offer for the estate referred to, and it will be issued in the ordinary course.

Mr. HACKETT

Mr. HACKETT

asked the Chief Secretary when the sale of Lord Orkney's estate situated at Ballinroe and Ballinlassa, Castlebiny, Templemore, county Tipperary, will be completed and the holdings vested in the tenants?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners inform me that the residue of the holdings on this estate in county Tipperary not yet vested in the purchasing tenants will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Mr. DORIS

asked whether Mr. Durkan has yet offered his property at Cloonaglera, Turlough, county Mayo, for sale through the Congested Districts Board, or has he refused to do so?
