§ Sir E. GREYWith regard to the first part of the question I am not yet in a position to make any statement. With regard to the second part, I do not know what Committee the hon. Member refers to, but I presume that it is the International Committee, which, in accordance with the ''Voeu" adopted by the Second Peace Conference, is to be summoned two years in advance of the Third Conference in order to prepare a detailed programme of its proceedings and organisation. This Committee has not yet been summoned. Upon this question the position is the same as that of which I informed the hon. Member on 6th August last.
