§ Mr. WILLIAM THORNEasked the President of the Local Government Board whether his attention has been called to a letter sent to their employés by the West Ham Board of Guardians at the West Ham Union, Leytonstone, dated 27th March, giving a week's notice only, although they were working under a monthly agreement, and to re-engage them from day to day; if he is aware that some of the employés have been paying into a superannuation fund for a number of years; and if he will see that by the terms of the re-engagement the employés will not forfeit their pension interest?
