§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that the facts are as stated in the first part of the question save that the suns to be expended on buildings will be an advance repayable in the land purchase annuity. The expenditure will be supervised by an inspector, who. will receive the necessary directions when proceedings for the sale of the estate have been completed.
