HC Deb 11 February 1913 vol 48 c721W
Mr. CLANCY

asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Development Commissioners decline to say whether their refusal to recommend a Grant for the improvement of Skerries harbour was a unanimous decision or whether the Irish member of the Commission was a dissenting party; if so, whether they have any right so to decline; and, if they have no such right, whether he will call their attention to the fact?

Mr. MASTERMAN

All decisions of the Development Commission are taken on the collective responsibility of the Commission as a whole, and I am not prepared to ask for the views of individual Commissioners on any particular case.
