§ Mr. CLANCYasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Development Commissioners decline to say whether their refusal to recommend a Grant for the improvement of Skerries harbour was a unanimous decision or whether the Irish member of the Commission was a dissenting party; if so, whether they have any right so to decline; and, if they have no such right, whether he will call their attention to the fact?
§ Mr. MASTERMANAll decisions of the Development Commission are taken on the collective responsibility of the Commission as a whole, and I am not prepared to ask for the views of individual Commissioners on any particular case.
