Mr. McKINNON WOODThe Land Court have already held sittings in Caithness in May, September, and October, 1912, and disposed of all the cases then ready for hearing. Certain urgent cases were heard in May, 1913, and disposed of. The Court cannot yet fix a date for the next sittings in Caithness in view of the claims of other districts.
