Mr. LEICESTER HARMSWORTHasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the dissatisfaction with their condition of life which prevails among the farm servants in Scotland, he could see his way to appoint a Commission to inquire into the causes of their grievances and the suggestion of reforms for their benefit?
§ The PRIME MINISTERThe question of improving rural conditions of life is receiving the careful consideration of the Government. I do not think that there is any necessity for appointing a special Commission for Scotland.
