§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe negotiations for the reductions in West Indian cable rates, referred to on 31st July by the Secretary of State for the Colonies, are not yet quite complete. Consequently, I am not in a position to give a list of the revised rates. The rates will be published as soon as the necessary agreements are complete.
