Captain FABERasked the Postmaster-General if he will state whether, seeing that his Department knew nothing of the circumstances disclosed in regard 1047W to the British East Africa station, he has any assurance that the patents of the Marconi Company are protected in all other parts of the Imperial chain; and whether his advisers are satisfied that no further discovery such as the Marconi Company have made as to the invalidity of their patents in British East Africa may not be brought before the Post Office and used to procure further changes as to the proposed contract?
