asked the Postmaster-General the number of established sorting clerks and telegraphists, and the number of unestablished assistants now employed at the sub-offices of Lynton and Seaton, respectively; and whether the circular letter to surveyors of 1911 regarding the extension of the employment of established labour at sub-offices has been applied to those offices?
