§ Mr. McKENNAI must refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by me on the 24th inst. to the hon. Member for North Lambeth on this subject. The recent judicial decision which my hon. Friend no doubt has in mind was not a decision that a whist drive is always and in all circumstances unlawful. The Court expressly limited its decision to the conditions existing in the case which came before it.
