§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThis matter has been receiving close attention, and I have arranged for the provision of temporary accommodation, to which the postmen will be transferred. This will do much to improve matters in the present premises pending the provision of a new permanent office. The settlement of the various details in connection with the temporary accommodation have occupied some little time, but the arrangements are being pressed forward as rapidly as possible, and I am in hopes that the premises may be erected and ready for occupation in about a month's time.
