asked the Attorney-General how many actions have been heard during the present year up to 14th October before the County Court judge at the Edmonton County County in which the plaintiffs were not represented by solicitors; in how many such actions the plaintiffs were non-suited; and in how many the decisions were in favour of the plaintiff?

Fifty-seven actions in which the plaintiffs were not represented by solicitors have been heard before the judges who have sat at the Edmonton County Court from the 1st January to the 14th October, 1912. Judgments in favour of the plaintiffs were given in forty-seven actions. In no case was the plaintiff non-suited.
