asked the Postmaster-General whether a number of assistant clerks serving in departments of the General Post Office have recently been promoted to the class of supervisory assistant clerk in the offices of the National Health Insurance Commissioners; and, if so, will he state how many appointments were made and name the departments of the General Post Office from which the promoted officers were drawn?
