asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will state the names of the various financial houses or individuals composing the six-Power group in the recent loan negotiations with the Government of the Republic of China, dividing them into groups according to the countries which they respectively represented; and whether the group are at present in negotiation with the Government of the Republic of China for the conclusion of a loan, and, if so, for what amount?
