Mr. FRED HALL (Dulwich)asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether, having regard to the requirements of national defence, it is the intention of the War Office to revise the disposition and numbers of the Regular Army, seeing that, in the interests of public safety and well-being, it has in recent years become increasingly necessary to call upon our troops for the maintenance of order in connection with labour disputes and the irregularities arising therefrom?
