§ Mr. BIRRELLMrs. Mary Hayes resides on a very substantial farm which carries a considerable amount of stock and is extensively tilled. She appears to have assigned this farm to her son in 1909, but the terms of the transfer were so liberal to the son that the Board could only come to the conclusion that she had assigned the farm for the purpose of qualifying for an old age pension.
